Dr. Andrew Schmid
Dr. Schmid is a native of Bismarck, ND where he attended the University of Mary, majoring in Biology, and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2015 from the University of Creighton School of Dentistry in Omaha, NE.
Dr. Schmid is a proud supporter of his community and is a member of the Bismarck Mandan Chamber, Donated Dental Services program, the American Dental Association and the North Dakota Dental Association. He has invested numerous hours in a variety of continuing education opportunities to stay up to date on all the latest techniques.
When he is not working, Dr. Schmid enjoys spending time with his wife and their 3 children. He has a love of the outdoors and enjoys hunting, golfing, running and tending to his bee colony of over 20,000 bees.
Dr. Kate Hixson
Dr. Hixson is a native of Bismarck, ND and graduated from St. Mary’s High School and Minnesota State University-Moorhead with a Bachelor’s in Biology and minors in chemistry and business management. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2021 from Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, NE and held an advanced-standing rank in endodontics. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry with a special affinity for root canals and surgery and constantly strives to provide the best personalized care to her patients.
When she is not working, Dr. Hixson enjoys spending time with her family and dogs. She has a love for the outdoors and enjoys boating, hiking, skiing, and training her dogs.
